At Monoline, we take immense pride in the dedication and expertise of our team. That’s why we’re thrilled to announce that two of our very own, Janessa Vanderheyden and Rachel Crump, have been named to leadership positions within the Private Risk Management Association (PRMA).

Janessa, our Senior Underwriter, has been appointed Chair of the PRMA Rocky Mountain Chapter, while Rachel, our Agency Transfer Manager, has been named to the PRMA Annual Conference Planning Committee. These roles are a testament to their deep industry knowledge, commitment to excellence, and passion for empowering agents.

Both Janessa and Rachel bring Monoline’s core values to these new positions, putting people first, spreading positivity, staying always curious, and bringing their “batteries included” mindsets to every challenge. Through their leadership, they will create meaningful opportunities for agents and account executives to share ideas, tackle industry challenges, and grow their businesses.

Expect to see engaging training opportunities, collaborative events, and insightful discussions led by these two exceptional professionals. Whether it’s industry trends, risk mitigation strategies, or fresh approaches to growth, Janessa and Rachel are eager to help shape the future of the high-net-worth insurance space.

We encourage you to get involved! Join your local PRMA chapter and stay connected with us on LinkedIn for updates on their work and upcoming events throughout the year.

Congratulations, Janessa and Rachel! We can’t wait to see all the great things you accomplish in these roles.
