How to Report a Claim
Option 1
Through the Monoline Platform (Recommended)
- Log in to your account at app.monoline.com
- Search for the customer's policy
- Open the policy page
- In the Claims section, select Start a Claim
- Complete the First Notice of Loss (FNOL) submission

Send an email to claims@monoline.com
Please include:
- Monoline Policy Number
- Named Insured
- Date of Loss
- Type of Loss
- Details of Claim
- Underlying carrier claims adjuster contact information (phone & email)
- Attach a full copy of the underlying policy
