Reflections From Our Second Annual Offsite
As a remote-first company with employees spread out across the country and globe, the opportunities to meet everyone in person are rare, celebrated, and deeply meaningful. This year marked our Second Annual Company Offsite, and once again we came together for a few days of connection, collaboration, and shared vision-setting, strengthening the bonds that power our work every day.
From thoughtful planning sessions and inspired brainstorming to memorable group moments and candid conversations, this offsite reminded us why we do what we do, and why the group we do it with is so special.
Gathering With Purpose
The first night we kicked things off with a warm welcome dinner. Seeing teammates, some for the first time in months (and some for the first time ever!), created an atmosphere of excitement. The feeling was electric!

One of the big highlights was our all hands session where we reviewed our achievements from this year, reflected on our core values, identified opportunities for growth, and committed to bold goals that will shape the coming year.

We followed that up with our head-to-head, group planning and brainstorming session, which not only brought out the competitive fire in all of us, but also reaffirmed our belief that innovation is at its strongest when diverse perspectives come together. With cross-functional insights flowing freely and having the space for thoughtful collaboration, we came up with all kinds of creative ideas to improve the platform and strengthen the customer experience.
Strengthening Connections
While the work sessions were invigorating, just as powerful were the little moments in between. The group meals, beach time, e-bike rides, and relaxed gatherings gave us a chance to build shared connections and to get to know each other on a deeper level.
The group dinners where conversations stretched late into the night were a chance for us to kick back and go beyond the task-based and project-related discussions that end up dominating the day-to-day work conversations.
We also took a memorable group outing, riding 4-wheelers to a secret beach where the music, fun vibes, and incredible views made for a fun bonding experience. These adventures reminded us that gratitude, living in the moment, and teamwork are great counterbalances to the focus and drive that we all bring to our respective roles.

Throughout the offsite, candid shots of the team, whether on a boat, lounging at pool, or waiting in transit, captured the spirit of togetherness that defines our people-first culture.

Living Our Values
Our time together brought to life the values that shape how we work.
People were at the center of everything. From productive working sessions to unstructured time together, the offsite created space to strengthen relationships, build trust, and better understand one another beyond our roles. Those connections are what allow us to collaborate effectively and show up fully for our customers and each other.
There was also a consistent sense of optimism and positivity in how we engaged. Conversations were thoughtful, engaging, and grounded in the belief that how we show up matters. Whether celebrating wins or navigating challenges, the tone with this team is always supportive and positive because at the end of the day, real progress is built on mutual respect and good energy. Curiosity fueled many of our best discussions. We asked good questions, challenged assumptions, and explored new ways to work cooperatively and to improve the platform and experience we deliver. That openness to learning and taking ownership for new initiatives continues to be a defining strength of the team.

Ready for 2026
As we wrapped up our second annual offsite, we returned home feeling energized, focused, and deeply engaged.
Our time together wasn’t just about numbers and big goals, it was about reaffirming our shared purpose, renewing our commitment to each other and our customers, and celebrating the human connections that make our work meaningful.
Here’s to an inspired 2026!
